What condition do items need to be in to be eligible for a return?
To receive a full refund, items must be returned exactly as they were received. Every pin, patch, jewelry item, etc., added to the item when designed and shipped out must be fully intact.
How many days do customers have to return an item after receiving it?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our upcycled materials, you must return the item fully intact within three days of receiving it.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. As a small business and not a large corporation, we appreciate your understanding.
Can items be exchanged, or is it just returns for a refund?
At this time, all items may only be returned for a refund. We do not offer exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
How long does it take to process a return?
